The Hub of Knowledge and Technology Center of Cassava would like to thank the Khao Hin Son Research Station, Faculty of Agriculture, Kasetsart University, for sharing their knowledge and demonstrating cassava-based recipes during the Sci POWER FOR FUTURE THAILAND (AW Fair), August 9–17, 2025, at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center ✨
Highlights included cassava croquettes and cassava chips, showing how these products can add value and income for those interested in producing and selling them with simple methods and minimal cost 💡. The demonstrations received warm feedback from participants 🙏💖 and were so delicious that everyone wanted to share! 😋
